Lions and tigers and bears, oh my!
Iris made her way back to Keystone from Titans Tower. She'd had fun with just the Titans girls and Pippi and Mizti. While she wasn't too sure about Mitzi just yet, Iris thought that Pippi was a good person, and once she'd spent some time with her and the rest of the Titans, she'd stop hanging out with the Raiderettes and robbing shopping malls. Maybe Mitzi would, too.

Iris was on her way home, running down Keystone's main street, when she noticed something...well, downright odd.

After all, it wasn't every day that you saw a stampede of giant wooly rhinos in a city where there wasn't much of a rhino population to begin with. Iris served to avoid being trampled.

People were running in every direction to avoid being trampled to death.

Iris pulled out her comm. She was going to need some backup. Again.

"Titans? It's Impulse. I've got a problem...."

Pippi leaps into action... sorta.

As she approaches the bizarre situation, things inexplicably change. There's still rhinos, but innocent bystanders start to glimmer indigo for just a second when rhinos rush at them, and the rhinos inexplicably go around.
Cars get overturned, but they too glow indigo for a second, and they just stop instead of skidding into buildings. All around, there's flashes of light and the collateral damage drops dramatically.

Pippi herself doesn't seem aware she's doing anything, the tiara just flashes and things happen. The purple cheerleader herself just approaches the head bull at the front of the herd head on, absolutely fearless, extending one hand towards its nose.

"Look Iris! They're all fluffy."

	Dinah was above the others in the Bug. She could do way more good from up here than her little powerless self could do on the ground. "I can use the Bug's legs to move them... but that'll be one at a time and slow." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Cait arrived with the Titans. The scene was chaos. There were woolly rhinos everywhere and they were trampling everything they could. Cait pulled as much water out of the air (thank the gods for humid summer days). Ice formed under the feet of the rhinos. That should slow them down a bit. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Pippi has a couple of the rhinos under control, strolling casually with them following like puppies towards a grassy park. "Send them over here, guys. I've got this. Cait... I think they're just too warm. Can you make a cold spot over here by the grass... they might come there." Is it any surprise she can identify with how primitive animals are thinking? 	Iris on the other hand, wasn't having much luck. Mostly, she stuck to crowd control, making sure that no civilians were getting trampled. But trying to get the rhinos to out of the way...that was another story. She was having a hard time not getting trampled herself whenever she tried. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Cait continued to form ice under the remaining animals. It wasn't easy since there wasn't a nearby water source and pulling water out of the air was harder. She was sweating and it took all of her concentration to do this. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Thankfully, Pippi's powers do half the work of crowd control. And it doesn't so much seem like she can talk to or control the rhino... its just that they apparently really like getting scratched behind the ear - at least when its Pippi doing it. Any time the others manage to herd rhinos her way, they start calming down. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Steve fashioned two rhinos to join the stragglers and lead them to Pippi for some calming treatment.
