The Road to Hell

This had all been a complete waste of his time. Why his dad sent him to talk to the eccentric billionaire Bruce Wayne was beyond him. His dad had said to trust him so he had told him the whole thing about a group of demons appearing out of nowhere and attacking him. He had left out some of the more graphic details about how he had dealt with the problem a since he didn’t want to give the old guy a heart attack. Some people just don’t age as well as his dad.

When Mr. Wayne said there was nothing he could do to help. He had expected that but for the life of him he could not figure out why his dad had sent him there. He left the manor quite annoyed and was going to walk till he had a chance to cool off. Sometime his dad could be really cryptic and unhelpful.

	He'd been told to keep an eye on Mike Blood. So he was. The bat-suit was in stealth mode, as Batman watched Mike leave the manor. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Suddenly the air became thick with infernal magic and demons began appearing in bursts of flames. As the appeared they sprung out to attack their target. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Mike could feel the hellish magic building up before the demon’s started appearing. He called forth his demonic strength to defend himself. Though these demon were more powerful that the last ones and he was already starting to have troubles beating them off. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The demons kept coming and while the attacks by both Mike and Batman were taking some of the demons out, it was not nearly enough. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Maxine could tell that this fight was going badly and that Terry would need back up even if he would never admit it. Thinking fast she know she had to call someone for help and figured calling the YJL would be best. Terry would not be happy with her for this but at least she knew her friend would be ok.

The YJL would get call from someone call themselves Beacon informing them about the demons attacking in Gotham and that Batman might require some assistance.

	Traya had been home when the call had come, but she'd quickly changed into her costume and set out for Gotham. It wasn't far from Manhattan. She'd be there soon. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Mike had gotten a couple a nasty looking cuts from the demon’s claws. He was really getting sick and tired of all of this. Using his super strength he grabbing a demon and starts using him like a cub against the others. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Jon wasn't really ready for a call to Gotham, but he figures, even if the YJL have this one, he's so far had some of the best luck dealing with Batman. From the other side of the world, he heads for Gotham City at top speed. Even so, shouldn't take long. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Mike has more nasty looking cuts though by now almost all of the old ones had disappeared like they had never happened. He was still using strength to lay a beat down on the demons. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	While the demons had expected powerful resistant they had not expected anything like this. If it weren’t for their fear of what would happen to them if the retreated they would have started doing so now. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Traya was lucky her powers gave her speed and range. Keeping out of the reach of the demons and hammering them with tornado blasts was easy enough, for now. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	With some room, finally, Jon moves to support Traya's effort. Time to take control of the skies, take away one of the major advantages of the demons. He augments the tornado blasts with a tornado force super breath, trying to sweep demons out of the skies. (Reply to this)(Parent)
