Bonding over Bacon
The Justice Society Brownstone kitchen was a frenzy of movement, but not movement of the Speed Force kind.

It was the movement of an excitable, if awkward, young man named Will freeman.

"Okay, the bacon's here...oh! They have lemon juice? Oooooooh! I'm making lemon pepper bacon!"

	"Yeah. I've done it before. One of those little tricks you learn when both parents are at work," Will said as he began to set up the stuff. he got out the eggs and bacon. 	"Nah. A bit too pricey. I did make my own once, though. Didn't turn out too good. I've avoided mayonnaise since." The bacon starts to sizzle, and Will sniffs eagerly at the smell. "Whats a bacon ex-"

Will stops, then takes the bacon out and puts in new.

"Whoa, almost let it get too crispy! Okay, now for the lemon pepper..."

As the bacon sizzles, Will begins mixing the lemon juice and pepper together. After a few seconds, Will tips the mixture into the pans, and lets it sit. the pepper and lemon juice sizzles, creating an odd combination of spice and lemon scent.

"This will take a minute."

Will smiles a bit at the impatience shown by Nic. It may not be the same reaction she got from him in mentioning bikinis, but it was close enough.

"All right...and done!" Will proclaims in triumph as he takes the lemon pepper bacon out of the pan and puts then on a separate plate form the regular bacon.

"Come get your bacon!" Will says as he grabs a piece of the lemon pepper bacon.

Will caught himself, but the word was complete. He flinched, expecting the thunder to call and his transformation to come.

"Wait...I just said my hero name and I didn't change! I DIDN'T CHANGE!" Will said excitedly as he laughed, grabbing Nics hands and twirling her around.

Of course, once Will realized what he just did, he promptly let go and moved away, stammering.

"I-I-I-I-sorry!"
