Trying to gently calm Josh some, Avalon gives Josh's questing hands a squeeze, and he offers the other teen a tired smile. "Malicor has been taking out his sense of humor on me," he explains. Still, the tingling warmth of Josh's powers makes him wriggle a bit, a soft laugh coming to his lips. In all honesty, Ava is just glad to see a friendly face. He raises a hand up to Josh's chest, his eyes falling closed as he reaches out with his empathy, making the same reasuring connection that he always does when greeting Josh and Henry both. "I've missed you." he says softly. "I want to come home but I can not find the way."
