To the rescue
Their heads clearer than they had been before, Iris and her remaining Titans were teleported by Ty in front of Keystone's Golden Ridge Plaza.

"I don't think the Raiderettes have gone anywhere...seeing as we didn't exactly scare them off last time," she said. "But we're ready for them now. We just need to divide and conquer. Get them against each other, and we've got this fight in the bag." She turned to Ruth. "And we'll get back Jayhawk, too."

This required a battle cry to get them in the mood....

"Titans Together!"

Iris sped off in the direction of the mall, to where she heard the giggles of the Raiderettes.

	He blinks a couple times, as if trying to clear his thoughts, ending up losing the puck in the game - which snaps him out of it a bit. "I don't really know them - we met for a few minutes. Tim blinks again and then chuckles. "About time someone broke the mind control. I only had two ideas on how and I doubt either would've worked all that well," he says, setting the demo controller down. "Relax, Dude. I'm pretty sure mind control is an acceptable excuse for screwing up...especially if you two are dating," he says, stretching. "So, now that you're saved...wanna kick back and play some more games, hide from your girlfriend, or go kick some evil cheerleader backside?"

"I don't think I broke it, I think the girls did something that broke me out of it. And... for this kind of betrayal, I'm not sure there are any excuses. She's been worried for a while that I'd leave her for some cheerleader or something anyway... now I actually did it. But... I do want to make sure she's ok. We should probably go back... and hope I don't end up controlled again."

Tim just crosses his arms and tilts his head to the side. He waits for Jay to decide what they'll be doing and nods. "Let's see...I think I hear your girl talking about shoes with one of the cheerleaders. I'm guessing you wanna see her so..." he trails off, closing his eyes and listening again. "She's that way," he says, pointing towards where he hears Mourning Dove.

	Jay tries to be careful about not drawing the attention of the cheerleaders, not sure if they could just retake control or what, and not wanting to risk anyone. He just tries to get into Ruth's line of vision so he can mouth the words 'I'm sorry.' (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Ruth sees Jay and manages to ascertain what he's saying. Her eyes shut momentarily with a whispered "Thank you, God." The anger isn't completely suppressable, but the relief is far more palpable. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
