He waited until she was sleeping, until he could find Katima. Stuck in the Dreamtime the way he was, Avalon was all but helpless in that place. He couldn't leave for he was trapped, he couldn't move around in the Dreamtime due to being tied up.. but one thing that he could do was use his rather unique powers to find his lover and go to her through her dreams.

Unable to control someone's dreams himself, Dreamwalking was always a risk for him. If he managed to walk into a nightmare, he could be hurt - it had happened in the past. He could only hope that Katima wasn't troubled while she slept. Not sure what situation he might find himself, he slipped into her dream and then hung back a bit, waiting to see what he might find.

Katima hadn't screamed so loudly or so much since her parents were murdered years ago and she'd found the bodies. Getting out of sleep was difficult; Malicor's smile kept trying to pull her back, a sense of duty to go after Avalon even at cost of her own life was exceptionally strong. She kicked and thrashed, sending her hand to the nightstand and THROUGH the glass lamp there.

It was the sharp sting of that pain that woke her up, gasping as she fell from the bed onto the floor and broken glass.

"Malicor...has Avalon."

Josh isn't far behind Henry, just in pajama pants at the moment. He cringes as he senses Katima's injuries before seeing them and quickly rushes to help her off the broken glass and onto the bed. He then immediately starts to heal her. "I'll have you patched up in just a moment, Kat," he says, clearly concerned.

News about Malicor causes the healer to pause and glance at Henry before looking up at Kat. "Any idea where?" he asks. The healer's worry only increases now as he heals Katima.

	"In dreams...he has him in dreams...he's going to kill him..." Having never been healed of anything before, the whole experience is weird to Katima, especially because there are wounds Josh can't heal, the ones that occurred in Dreamtime. Her hand is sore and she flexes it, wincing. "I tried to hold on..." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Josh's frown only deepens as he listens and tries to make sense of Kat's remaining injuries. Spiritual and mental damages aren't beyond his ability to heal...he just has to know what they are before he can try it and use significantly more power. Right now, still confused and a bit too worried about what he's hearing to have an easy time of figuring it out. The healer lets the lanterns speak uninterrupted though.
