Approaching New Tamaran
Once Sodam Yat finally was done with his mission and could reply to Henry's message, he was on Earth in the matter of hours. A short time later, and they'd assembled their team.

Lead by the Ion-powered Yat, the rest of the team was made up of Henry, Avalon, Katima, LifeForce, Jon Kent, the Free kids of Hope and Avia, and, of course, Alerron, son of Starfire and Yat.

The plan was a simple one. There would be many Tamaranians unhappy with Blackfire's rule. Head down to the surface, take out Blackfire, free Starfire. Once Starfire was free, the ruling of the planet should be easily transferred.

This had been Josh's first trip through space, and he was still worried about his boyfriend. He made sure to hold his hand tightly through the space-trip, which thankfully was faster than he could do alone due to the warp capabilities of a Blue Lantern.

He glances back to the others as the world comes into view below.

"Everyone ready?" he asks them. "Remember, Yat and Alerron handle Blackfire. Hope and Avia, find Starfire and get her free. The rest of us, provide cover where needed. She'll probably have some muscle in there to help her keep power, but it shouldn't be anything too powerful -- she'll want to have control over them. Which means the rest of us can handle it."

He leans over to whisper in Josh's ear, giving his hand a reassuring squeeze. "We're almost there. Hang on, handsome."

Alerron would thank each of these people personally later, if they survived all of this. Right now, he flew along side his father, across from Jon, and trying not to think about how much his mother may have suffered in his absence.

Alerron is ready to fight, and with Lanterns, a Kryptonian, his father and the New Gods aiding them, he's certain they'll be victorious.

The amount of people that Avalon is warping are more than Avalon is used to. He's managed to get them all the way from Earth to Tamaran, though by the time they are coming up on the planet, he's getting exhausted. He does his best to not let it show though, the only real sign being how tightly he holds Josh's hand.

"We are indeed getting there." He says softly, right as his ability to warp such a large group starts to falter. Bringing the group out of warp, he slows them down to a more normal speed and then draws in a shaking breath. He is going to have to recharge before going down to the planet.

Katima was sliding into battle mode. Josh had seen it when she went after the Red Lantern and Alerron had seen her develop it on Okara but to the others who knew her well, it would be foreign to see her jaw set so tightly and her calm demeanor turn into something more warrior like.

Hauntingly reminiscent of Katma Tui.

As they slowed down, Kat offered Avalon a wave of her own emotional support, then moved over to Alerron. She wanted to remind him that she was there. The Indigo knew how important this was and how difficult.

"We're all here for you," she said softly before briefly pressing a kiss to his check. If not otherwise stopped, she'd go back to flying alongside Avalon, using her ability to take on other Lantern colors to help bolster his Blue Light.

	Sodam Yat guides the others down, the group streaking across the sky in blue, green, and indigo light, approaching the surface and slamming directly into the palace walls. Blackfire sits upon her throne, watching the group, nonplussed. "Your reign is over, Kormand'r!" Yat declares. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	A bundle of green and dark purple hits Yat from behind, and he stiffens... as a Black Mercy plant, with a different flower than most are used to, wraps around the Daxamite Lantern. Mongul steps from the shadows, three yellow rings glinting. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
