Unlike some of the others, Dinah did not live at the Tower, instead commuting from Gotham either by the Bug or by the teleporter tubes.
She had, however, arrived today in time for breakfast. She was in costume, but the mask was peeled back.
"Morning, Cerdian," she said as she walked into the kitchen. "Morning... new person."
