Mano was suddenly interested. His old man had mentioned the Joker once or twice. For a guy with no powers to speak of, the man inspired a lot of fear. He made a mental note not to eat the guy. Who knew what kind of crap was in the guy's body.

Devony looked over at the screen and stared at the picture of this man named The Joker. She titled her head to the side, and moved off her seat to go stare at him a bit more.

She wasn't ignoring Amber's instructions, she heard everything clearly.

Something about this man...Devony couldn't put her finger on it.
