Ty can feel the godwave as well. Reacting in a split second, Ty moves with Zoom's speed - bending time, and then using Black Adam's speed within it -
to telekinetically capture Captain Marvel so he can't dodge out of the way of his own lightning - followed by a simple silence spell to keep him from calling it again.
