The Calm Before the Storm (Open)
Maria finished up the report she was working on and shut down her computer. Another day working at Wayne Enterprise was over. It was time to go grab a bite to eat and then down the costume. Night was coming to Gotham and that meant its criminal element would come out. Maria grabbed her purse and coat and headed out of the building.

"You know I don't give a flying fuck about my reputation," she said to Thomas. The only thing she did care about in terms of reputation was her reputation as Huntress. That one she worked on.

She looked at Tomas and raised a brow. He liked her? Well, it was starting to look like she'd have some company this evening. She did rather enjoy the last evening they spent together.

Great, that meant he'd most likely have to find a way to excuse himself soon and hope AltDad knew better than to ask where she was or he'd just play ignorant on that point. He knows the answer but it'd seem odd if he was the one to answer the question. So instead he shrugs. "The history museum is one of the best, there's more good art ones scattered throughout the city, if that's the sort of thing that interests you. Most tourists like the rooftop gardens across the plaza for the added view of the city, stuff like that." Though top of Wayne Tower had the best view in his opinion.

His version of 'top of Wayne tower' was in costume and literally outside and balanced on the edge. "Well, Gotham's one of the oldest cities here so plenty of history to work through just with architecture and local stuff. But the history museum covers a greater period and era thankfully so there's always that. I'd recommend it myself. But yes, history is important." Best Egyptian collection on the continent by far.

There was no outward indication, but inside he was frowning. Nighttime view of top of Wayne Tower, the outside one at least, he considered a private thing and wasn't fond of the sharing. Unless she meant the view from the top office, that was different. "They have an excellent collection of Aztec and Incan artifacts then." Considering his mother had stolen from that collection before...yeah it was good.
