He'd rather just work with his sister. They could get the job done. But he's almost sure their bosses are testing them, and want to see them get somewhere as a team.
He glances towards the person willing to pull the trigger, but not caring where he's at.
"You're with Carolyn and me as the hit team. Iota, you and Devony get to help clear a path for the extraction and provide a diversion. The rest of you are on strict extraction."
He expects the giving orders thing to get some backtalk - better to show he's a team player, and knows something of planning, and let them look bad.
