"Well, I wouldn't use that term for it. Considering the Titans West / Titans East thing, 'Titans Central' sounds less like a headquarters term and more like a team in Chicago, and that's a whole different kettle of fish. The thing is, though, Joey, that while you could come here... you'd better not unless you mean it."

He trailed off. "Okay, maybe they haven't."

He gave the rest some thought. "Got a friend of mine out there with no real powers to speak of, and he's fightin' in one of the most dangerous spots on the planet this side of Gotham. Me, I had my "heart" ripped out by a Black Lantern and kept right on goin', and I ain't done much of anything."

Another pause. "Reckon it's time to step up my game."
