He may be pissed off with her, but he has no reason to want to mix it up with the Bat crowd just now. That way just leads to trouble.
He's made the leap up to grab a hanging fire escape, and started climbing - out of range of it when the grenade goes off in the van to at least make sure nothing gets salvaged to end up back on the street.
