When Josh just about falls, Avalon simply pulls him up into the air, extending his blue glow to the other boy. Now that Josh is free of the tree though, he draws them up a bit away from it, and drifts in closer to Josh - close enough to place his palm on Josh's chest and look into Josh's confused expression.
"I can not stay, not after what I said to him." he then murmurs. "I tried very hard to tell him how he hurt you and me both.. And I begged him to not do the same to Katima.. but my broken translator just messed it all up." Avalon blinks then, his eyes burning as he struggles to not let them tear up.
