She'd been under house arrest for twelve days.  Her birthday didn't count because she'd actually been allowed out for the purposes of acquiring delicious cake and more bacon (she forced Rex to teach her how to make her own bacon explosion.)  Not even a full two weeks into her month long effin' jail sentence she was about to go crazy.  Rex still hadn't taken her flying and she thought her wings were going to cramp up and freeze.

There was also much molting.

Nic knew this was probably going to get her grounded for another month but desperate times...

She texted Mickey: Rex has me on lock down.  Halps.
