"I know how to find everything I need," Mina deadpans calmly. She too hasn't noticed that other people aren't really taking this conversation very well.

"I mean it's not like my place is that bad. I just need more shoe racks."

She had plenty last time he was there. Oh Rita.

"Women and their shoes..." He mutters to himself, shaking his head. "How about for our next practical lesson I help you with a sorting chest? Like the storage spell I use on my suitcase to get me what I'm looking for when I need it."

He remembers something else. "Oh, and I think you need to get your fridge repaired. It was making this rattling noise when I grabbed a drink the other night."

"I have a demon living in my freezer. I can't get it to go away. Last time I tried I ended up with frozen peas in uncomfortable places."

It says something about the things Zach has experienced in his life that he isn't fazed by 'demon living in my freezer', so much as he fights off the instinctive male urge to ask where the peas went.

"Hm. Well that'll be something else to check on today." He glances at his watch. "Let's take our time with the snack. If the demon gives us any trouble, I'll call in Vicky. She's a specialist with the softer touch exorcisms."

Now Mina can't help but giggle.

"Dose she raise her eyebrow in their general direction," she asks trying to hide both the grin and the laughter trying to take over. The demon in her freezer hasn't really upset her. It has just annoyed her.

"Of course. If I ever stop being so tactfully humble, you'll know I've gone mad with power and success. Make sure to contact my agent so that they can pre-sell the book and tv rights for coverage of my eventual comeback after a successful rehab.

The public still eats that crap up." A pause, before he smirks and points both thumbs at himself. "Winning!"

That has Mina snickering pretty loudly. The mental image of a Hawaiian shirt clad tiger wearing dark sunglasses was just too silly.

"Yeah. It's good." She was more of an ice cream person to tell the truth but this was fine.

"So, have you given any thought to when you might want to finish school? Besides the fact that Victoria would end me if I cut someone's education short by having them work for me, it is important, even if you just have a degree you never do anything with."

"I'm picking up some classes this summer when you'll be in your own little lull as far as shows go. I'm also looking at what next fall will be like," she admits.

"My parents really want me to finish my degree since I'm getting pretty close. I just chose to take a break because I.... got a little nervous after what happened."

By what happened she means with that cult. She doesn't talk about it but what happened really bothered her.
