Oh no, he's being lifted off the ground and by the time he realizes what's happening it's too late to jump. If only he could fly...well he's definetely not going to try and see if he can, far too dangerous. He's not even sure to the extent this new weirdness that's prevented him from getting hurt so far will work. Best to play it safe.
