As the fight breaks out in the sky above him, Harry feels conflicted. The part of him that hates fighting wants to find a way to make them stop, or at the very least explain why they're fighting because right now he's really confused. The other, larger, part of him is too worried they're going to end up decimating the area to try.
Survival instinct wins out this time. The fight is getting too close so he takes the pause as an opportunity to run and find new cover. Hopefully they pay no attention to him...
