The Green Lantern Corp was not the only one tracing this signal in Keystone City. Michael drew the straw on the one in Keystone and he was almost there when the signal that Ganthet gave them decided to relocate.

By a lot. As in running and driving that fast was impossible. Michael is confused as all hell, but he's still going to follow the signal.
