Dance. Dance. Dance. Just dance.
Maria hadn't planned on keeping her dancing job at The Diamond Room but it had proved to pay well in more than just one way. Sure the cash was great, but the information she was getting out of Tony "The Nose" Bucco and the Gambino crime family was worth more than the cash. The Huntress used the information to take as many of those bastards and their associates off the streets as possible. There was also the cash and jewels she stole from them as well. That money helped pay for her equipment and the rest was donated to the various charities around Gotham.

She heard Candy Star introduced and she headed for the stage.

He nods, shifting his stance, his voice, his demeanor - he learned well from his dad how to keep a secret ID without a mask.

As soon as his overshirt is gone, he follows her in, moving fast to make sure that he can cover any civilians as his first priority, once bullets start flying.

Taking out a bunch of thugs isn't going to be the challenge, for his part - its making sure no one gets hurt in the crossfire.

	Huntress stormed into the back room and was on the closest two men to her. A batarang and a quick kick knocked the guns out of their hands. A pellet was tossed on the floor and the room began to fill with smoke. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The three he'd picked out in the front room were taken down quickly, then he follows into the room, using x-ray vision to see through the smoke, and his hearing to keep track of the movement around him. As soon as the bullets start, he moves to intercept, trying to guard Maria's back while using a blast of heat vision to make some of the guns too hot to handle. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Maria went low as soon as the shots were fired. She couldn't see her targets because of the smoke, but she had gotten a bead on them when she entered the room. She came upon a guy and delivered a punch to the groin area and then a follow up punch to where hopefully his head would be after he doubled over from pain. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	A blast of windstorm breath slams three of the bodyguards against the wall, cutting down on the hail of bullets some as they slump, unconscious. He moves again, bullets pinging off his chest as he tries to give her space to operate and cut back on lucky shots. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Huntress moved on to the next man and aimed a kick at his head. The foot connected, but not before the man's fist went into her stomach. The air whooshed from her lungs and she staggered back a few steps. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The man moves to follow up. There's a rush of super speed, and the next sound is of the man's hand breaking, a result of punching Kryptonian where he expected Huntress. The next man gets backhanded into a wall, pulled enough to just knock him out. "You ok?" (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Huntress kicked the second man on the floor and broke his nose as well. She hated mobsters. "If it's any consolation, you did put up some respectable resistance," she quipped. She pulled out a few pairs of handcuffs and started putting them on the mobsters. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Jon assists with the effort, monitoring heartbeats and breathing to make sure people are as unconcious or incapacitated as they seem while she cuffs them. Got to make sure there's no nasty surprises. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
