Dirty Work (Open to Batfamily)
Mark was a bit mad about the fact the Renee Montoya had taken vacation time and was going to be away for a while. She was probably training terrorists or making deals with drug lords. Whatever she would just have to be dealt with later. Besides there were still plenty of dirt cops that needed dealing with. Sure no one else saw it but him but he was going to deal with this in a rather permanent way.

He had been planning this assault on Gotham Police HQ for a while now and he and his men were finally ready in spite of the work done by Batman and those others like Red Hood. They were probably in league with them anyways so if they got lucky they might even get to kill one of them if they show up to help out those bad cop friends of theirs.

At about 6 pm two dozen black SUVs would arrive at the Gotham Police HQ fully armed and ready to kill some of those cops.

Marcus hadn't been able to figure out where the Redeemer and his men were based out of but he was able to figure out some of the routes they would be taking and with careful use of explosives had taken out over half the cars going towards the Gotham PD.

Sitting on a rooftop nearby Marcus was waiting with a sniper rifle to start picking people off as much as he could before he head down to deal with them in a more personal way.

Huntress was just starting her nightly patrol and was nearing the GPD HQ. She didn't have a set route for her patrol because the last thing she wanted was to be predictable. Huntress, and Maria for that matter, prided herself on her unpredictability.

The car explosions in the city caught her attention and she chased after the dark SUVs. That many in a group, not to mention the fact they were getting blown up along the way, meant trouble with a capital T.

As soon as the SUVs stopped, she rappelled down the side of a building and immediate threw some batarangs.

	Mark was screaming swears. This was not right at all. After getting himself back under control he started whipping his men back in shape getting them organized against the sniper and the little bat-girl. He got a counter sniper set up and sent five of his highly trained men to deal with the girl while the rest of his men and him made there way into the building. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Marcus kept picking them off with sniper shots. That was before he noticed shots by the counter sniper who was doing a pretty good job. Marcus dropped his rifle and backed up for a running jumped before jumping of the building using a grappling hook to stop his fall throwing explosive charges as he went. The one guy that Maria hit went down hard very dazed and out of it. But the four other guys moving like the well trained unit that they were attacked Maria from all sides.

The explosive charges blew up few more SUVs and caused some injuries to the guys working for Mark. The counter-sniper really wasn't doing to well but tried to line up another shot.

A few of the men rushed Marcus were he landed while the rest made there way into the precinct. The gunfight going on inside could easily be heard from the outside if anyone out there actually had the time to pay attention for it.

	Marcus had landed in a roll which through off some of his attackers but not all of them. The unlucky bastards. The he had gotten on top of him and proceeded to try bashing his head in with his fists quickly found out how dangerous Marcus was with a knife with several quick stabs to his chest. The elbow hit the guy in the nose breaking it and he fell down on the ground in a bloody heap but still breathing. The guy that had punched Maria in the side back off while the other two came at her from the right and left. One going high the other going low.

A couple of guys attempted to get Marcus as he rose from the ground though the guns were making the wary.

Meanwhile the snipe was busy lining up his shot on Marcus.

	A hit caught her in the kidney and made her turn into it, which kept her from getting caught square on with the other hit. Instead of hitting her right on the cheek bone, it clipped her near her ear. She doubled over, but kept her wits about her to deliver a fast punch into one of the guys groin. 	The man huddled over clutching his groin in great amounts of pain. The other attacker moved away to recover his wits about the fight. Meanwhile the earlier attacker came in low with a leg sweep. More guys fell to Marcus shots as he got himself up. All the while the sniper finished lining up his shot for a head shot and took it. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Marcus had finished getting up when he heard the crack of the sniper gun. As the bullet hit Marcus straight in the middle of his forehead making him very glad that his masks was reinforced knocking him on his ass again. 	One guy tried to jump on top of Huntress while the other went to find a weapon. The counter-sniper was annoyed with how his shot had gone but his vision was starting to get blurry due to pain. So he started firing wildly towards Marcus. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The guy's head slammed into the wall knocking him out. Meanwhile the last guy comes back with a metal baseball bat swinging. The sniper's vision was getting fuzzier and fuzzier and his shots were showing that as they were getting wilder and wilder. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	"Shit," Marcus says under his breath. With how wild the shots were going now they might hit someone by mistake which meant he need to take this guy out now. 	The guy was knocked off his feet by Huntress but wasn't out yet and kicked at her from the ground. The ledge fell away and the sniper with it, making a nice crash when it all hit the ground destroying another one of the SUVs. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The guy was out cold. Inside they would find the Gotham PD valiantly fighting off the Redeemer's forces. Right now though they weren't doing such a good job and had already taken some hits though the other side had as well. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Bullets flew throughout the PD and with Huntress and Red Hood's help the tide of the battle was starting to turn against the Redeemer's forces everywhere but where the Redeemer was himself. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Marcus was having a bit of a good time shooting up these bad guys. Probably more than he should be though his crack mask was starting to annoy him since it was making it harder to aim and he was getting ready just to ditch it. 	Marcus keeps shooting his way through the the PD as he makes his way towards Redeemer. The yelling makes it pretty obvious were he is. (Reply to this)(Parent)
