Down To Business (Bendytimed: Not long after the first 'JLI' mission)
The defeat of the monsters had gone well. And their antics in Asia were still getting some attention. And Jai had finally manned up, so she didn't have to stay mad at him. So Cindy called up everyone had been involved in their ad-hoc strike force for a meeting.

She leaves Daddy out of it this time, sitting in a nice, high-backed chair. The kind a girl can steeple her fingers in, waiting for them to arrive.

And Chrissy will arrive in her Proper Business Attire, consisting of a nice pair of black slacks and a blue button-down top. She'd told them her name on the first mission for those that didn't know her, and she already knew a couple of the other people on the team. Like her older brother's best friend. And Petra. One of the perks of being Hal Jordon's kid.

"I bought coffee," she said as she walked into the room, holding the tray high.

"No problem; we were just getting started," Cindy says.

"I'd like to thank everyone for coming, and thank you again for all your help in dealing with the problem in China recently."

Cindy reaches into her desk and pulls out a stack of newspapers. "I don't know if you noticed the reaction in the international community, but it was pretty strong. It really seems like there's a niche to be filled here for dealing with international threats of middling size -- not petty criminals, but not world-enders either -- on an ad-hoc basis."
