Racing the Clock
Jai West's life is pretty awesome right now. He's got good grades, cool friends, he's a hero, and best of all, he has a hot date on Friday night with Traya Smith. Life is pretty good just now as he races about Keystone City in costume, helping people who cannot help themselves.

He hears a scream from a nearby alley and in moments he's there, looking for the jerk mugger he needs to deal with.

Or so he thinks....

	Torgar does not tap into the speed force. However, he's still remarkably fast -- processing combat even at Flash-speeds. The fist hits a telekinetic shield. "Your reliance on your speed will be your undoing, child," he replies. He reaches out with his mind towards Jai's, attempting to overload it with pain and psychic energy. Jai is surprised at the resistance to his blow, but he's not deterred yet. All that means is that Curious George is going to get owned.

The mental assault catches Jai off-guard, and while he has a slight bit of defense due to his ability to think fast than most people. The pain and psychic energy attack manage to slow him enough to leave him open to physical attack.

	Gorillas are incredibly strong, compared to humans. Torgar uses his psychic abilities to enhance his strength even further. He grasps Kid Flash and flings him face-first towards a brick wall. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Kid Flash sees the brick wall coming, and normally when he has a moment to concentrate, he can vibrate his molecules enough to phase through the wall. The would probably explode, but in an alley, that's not much of an issue.

Unfortunately, he doesn't have that kind of time.

He smashes into the wall, then through it, and lands on the ground inside the building. Jai's world is spinning out of control, but he still finds a way to rise to his feet. He stares Magilla Gorilla down, blood streaming from nose.

"Cute. What other flavors you got, King Kong?" he asks.

Then, Kid Flash's knees buckle, and falls over, and doesn't move again.
