Torgar does not tap into the speed force. However, he's still remarkably fast -- processing combat even at Flash-speeds.
The fist hits a telekinetic shield. "Your reliance on your speed will be your undoing, child," he replies. He reaches out with his mind towards Jai's, attempting to overload it with pain and psychic energy.
