And once this happens something in Wills chest seems to go off kilter. The closeness, the fact that a gorgeous woman is half naked on top of him, and his own nervousness seem to be melding into one thing, and it is now causing his chest to tighten and his heart to throb so much harder than it had before.

It felt like someone was holding his chest down, and he was now in full panic mode. This went beyond just brain breakage. He had that when she admitted she wasn't wearing a bra.

Will's eyes bug out, but he puts his hand up to signal for her to stop. But everything about his body language would tell her something is wrong.
