Somehow Cait managed to walk and not run out of the council chambers. She felt a little guilt at manipulating the council a bit, but it wasn't exactly like they got the hook end of the line either. Poseidonis will go back down under the waves and she could be with Ty if she wanted to. Which of course she did. Both parties got something out of it and neither had to give up anything.
She wore a wide smile on her face when she saw Ty.
