Rex looks at the new guy, because he hasn't seen him before, or at least, he doesn't think he has.
"We'll be sorting out who has to answer for this real soon. You want in, stick around." he says to Jacob.
Then he hits the button for the teleporter and heads to the Brownstone to check on his sister.
