It's Friday Night: Do You Know Where Your Superhero Kids Are?
Henry grins as he makes certain the bowls of chips are filled. Sodas are available. He's got a hidden stash of beers in his room, but... it's an underage superhero party. They're not visible to most. Those who want one will know to ask him.

People will be arriving soon. He's got tunes, he's got snacks and drinks, he's got games set up to go, and he's got superhero kids coming from all over. While the primary purpose was to make certain the YJLA got a chance to meet Avalon and Josh, the Titans and others have all been invited, too.

This party will rock.

She swishes her drink around. "Henry. Don't get me wrong. He's like having brother; right down to the name thing. Brothers come with upsides and downsides." Her mouth quirks up some more. "Full of heart, full of beans, occasionally full of himself - but he needs that for the ring to work. The cup overflowth when it comes to Henry."

"But I can say that because I'm family and went to summer camp with him wy too often. Your mileage may vary."

	Josh shrugs. "I wouldn't know. I'm an only child," he says with a little smile. "Beans? I don't think anyone here is full of beans," he says, looking confused again. "He...has his faults..." Do not lie to the detective. The effervescent attitude fades to something more caring. "Josh, whatever is on your mind, it's okay to talk about. Doesn't have to be here either. We can go make a soda run and I'll shut up and listen for awhile. Really."

Josh frowns again. He doesn't like such a thing said about his friend but he says nothing.

The healer is slightly surprised by the sudden change in the stretchy girl and pauses a moment. After some consideration, he sighs. "It's just...when I said I like him I..." he blushes a bit. "And he really doesn't even realize it. Lot just seems to go right over his head..."

"Ah." The budding crush goes bye-bye. "Well, Henry does like guys.' sh mulls over that a bit. "Kidding aside. Henry isn't clueless. e's..." She thinks a little more and starts shuffling towards a corner. "He opertes almost entirely on the idea that what he's focused on at any given time is completely possible to get if he's determined enough - and that can look like a lack of clue."

"I know," Josh's blush just gets worse. "No...he's clueless..." he sighs softly. "And what does he usually do when he gets what he's determined to?" he asked quietly. "I honestly thought it'd be different with Henry...how we flirted, how he actually seemed interested in me...wanted me..." he sighs again, blushing red despite the sad tone to his voice. "But after...it just turned out to be the same as the others. He doesn't know that I really do like him. A lot..."

"You read and you haven't read J.K Rowling? At least now I know what to get for your birthday."

She ribs her chin. "A cat is a low-maintenance creature you have to help out with day-to-day things and shelter cats need someone to find them. That's helping people. Cats sleep much of the day, so that's compatible with the relaxing thing. They tend to hang out in places where there is warmth and light which are also good for reading." She shrugs. "Uncle J'onn had a big orange one for awhile, so I have a soft spot in my heart for them."

"I read the first one," Josh remarks. "But I was raised by my grandparents. And they didn't want any 'witchcraft'," he rolls his eyes. "In the house," he says. He then blushes. "You don't have to get me anything..."

"I dunno. I did go into a shelter to heal up all the hurt animals a few times but I'm no good at taking care of them. And I'm staying here with Henry..." he trails off. "Pets are his call."
