When two speed demons meet
She was in Keystone to stir up trouble. She wanted to see what Impluse could do or whatever her name was. She started by kidnapping elderly people and putting them in dangerous places where they could fall and get hurt.

Then she stole every manikin in town and set them up in provocative positions all over the city. She thought everything she did was a riot. She had no reason to stop doing what she did either until the other speedster started to correct what she was doing.

	The manikins in provcative positions was enough to grab Impluse's attention. Iris zipped through the streets of Keystone, putting them back in normal positions and returning them to their respective department stores.
