The close contact just makes the prim and proper Avalon take on a shy expression. He then tries to shift, to not slouch quite so much as he looks to Josh's face. "But I know that Henry was more of an ass to you than he has been to me. I at least have the disconnect of our rings.. I.. I don't think that it's respectful of my sacred duty to behave in certain ways."
Avalon then gives a sigh, and looks Josh in the face as he says "Without my ring, I'm just.. a guy. In so many ways I almost wish I'd been born into this, because then I wouldn't find the responsibility so.. isolating. The needs of the man though, out weigh my few puny discomforts."
