Showdown in Brazil
The helicopter carrying the members of the Suicide Squad, Damien Wilson, Morgaine King, and Slade Wilson made closed in on its target. The League of Assassins Compound in the Amazon Rainforest in Brazil. The helicopter bore the appearance of one the helicopters that the League used frequently, so they would be able to get in without much hassle.

The pilot informed Damien that they would be touching down in ten minutes, and the assembled group looked to him for briefing.

	Ra's parries Damien's attack, then kicks him in the chest as he turns to parry Morgaine's sword. He follows up to two quick and deadly attacks, designed more to keep her on the defensive, rather than to inflict damage. "Tell me, child. Will you be smarter than your brother? 	Damien is kicked in the stomach and falls over the desk, but springs back to his feet and attempts the same move that Morgaine just tried, waiting until Ra's back is turned, then trying to slash him. He receives a kick to the face for his troubles. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Ra's pulls a dagger from his belt and tosses it at Morgaine's shoulder, attempting to pin her down.

"Stay there. You'll want to watch this." he says, turning toward Damien.

"You had so much /promise/, Damien, and you've squandered it for a woman. A woman who doesn't even care that you love her. Because that's how women are, Damien. They tell you that they love you, but they're screaming another man's name when you're away.

Lian called out for a Cerdian, the other night. Who is this man she's used to make a cuckold of you with?" Ra's asks, lunging in to slash at Damien.

His blow is parried, barely, but not fast enough. Ra's blade sinks into Damien's lower stomach out of his back.

Damien has finally figured out Ra's al Ghul's weakness: not only does his grandfather love to talk, but he /must/ prove why he's the best/smartest/greatest man in the room as well. He can't do anything without grandstanding.

Vanity, the one thing is mother and father always cautioned him against.

Ra's comes toward him, and Damien knows that this next part is going to hurt, immensely, but he has no choice. From this point, it is all up to Morgaine.

Hearing the Atlantean's name spoken aloud stuns him, but that adds to the element of surprise that Damien needs to defeat his grandfather. He parries the blow, but intentionally covers a second too late, in order to leave himself open for the coup de grace.

Coming back from this will be unpleasant, to say the least.

The cold steel sinks into his guts and exits through his back, and Damien looks toward his sister expectantly.

Now.

Morgaine nodded. Her swords were down and out of her reach, but Morgaine still had other tricks up her sleeve.

Long ago, before she died, Lady Shiva had shown her the one move that would put any opponent in their grave in the blink of an eye. While Morgaine didn't use this often (she preferred the slow kill herself to be honest), it was one that she could use to end things with Ra's al Ghul once and for all.

The Leopard Blow.

In a stunning feat of speed, Morgaine was rushing her at her grandfather, bringing down her fist in an unnatrual show of strength to put her fist through his skull.

Ra's heads Morgaine coming, and is turning to bring his sword up and impale her, but he finds at the last possible moment that his grandson has outmaneuvered him.

Damien has gripped Ra's arm and held it so that he cannot get his blade free.

The last thing Ra's al Ghul sees is his granddaughter's fist crashing into the bridge of his nose, driving his sinuses into his brain. The world explodes in crimson light and Ra's al Ghul stumbles and falls to the floor in a heap, his blood starting to pool beneath him.
