Buy Me Some Peanuts and Crackerjacks (Zoe, eventually Trey)
It was Opening Day at Papp Stadium. Spring was in the air, the Star City Rockets were going up against the Central City Stars, and GK Walker was giddy.
He'd gone to meet Zoe, enough makeup on his cheek to cover the now-healing cut, and now they were walking toward the stadium. "Maybe I should get a car," he said, thinking aloud.

"Yeah, I'm in college. Was hoping to finish, but I'm not sure how well that's going to work out. My stepmom isn't doing so well after what happened, either. I'm pretty much holding things together for all of us right now." Trey says.

"I'm studying political science. Someday, I want to run for office and get the government to make all these vigilante types to either unmask or hang up their tights." Trey says.

"So many of them just go out there with no clue or care about how many lives they bust up while they do their thing. I wish someone...I wish someone would just show them." Trey says bitterly.

	"Well, if you need to, you can drop down to part time for a while. For those of us who don't have to worry about maintaining scholarships, that's handy." And if Trey wasn't a fellow Trust Fund Baby, they wouldn't be having this conversation surrounded by bodyguards. On the latter part, GK just fidgets slightly and watches the game. "I agree. No one is above the law, right? That's a lot of what built this country on. If these super-types would just work do it right, there wouldn't be a misunderstanding where a bunch of them smash up a city while they try to figure out who's on what side." Trey says, grabbing some peanuts from a nearby table.

"And no, GK, my dad was big on me getting an education, so he paid by way through school. I love school, but part-time is going to have to be the option until I can get things back on the right track for my family." he says.

	"Oh, no, I'm sorry, just kind of useless about this stuff. Me, I was wandering in the Triangle my first week in Star City without a clue what I was doing." It was true, from a Certain Point of View. 	"We were stuck out in the open during the zombie attack and when Mom saw us afterward she went on about the condition of my clothes. GK quite cheerfully told her that he completely agreed because I'm an autumn and they didn't suit me." Zoe smiled reluctantly. 	"She's got golden undertones to her complexion," GK says cheerfully. "She needs earth tones, chocolate browns, deep greens, warm grays, no other kind, bittersweet reds. That'd really show her off." 	"Well, of course the /story/ was terrible. In the absence of a terrible plot or story, you then have go for the looks of the actors to redeem it.
