Keith was pretty happy to see Mia again. Ecstatic, even. But looking at her reminded him of how guilty he was for the things he did. He had Robert to thank for taking the blame, which had been relayed to the media after Keith's identity went public.
'Green Arrow Framed By Merlin' said the headlines. It was bittersweet.
So, while in this new mood of his, Keith opted to sit back for a bit until somebody pushed him into the happiness.
