Roy thought about asking Donna to join him and Lian, but Lian would have figured out that Roy was trying to keep an eye on her. Still, he makes sure to keep an eye on her as they enter Mia's building.
Roy smiles as Lian waddles (and yes, she does waddle, a little) up the stairs and he follows her up to make sure that she'll make it without issue.
"Hey, kids." Roy says to her belly, "It's time to go see Aunt Mia! Aunt Mia is very funny. Just don't make any short jokes about her. The women in our family are sensitive about their height...or lack thereof." Roy says.
"Lian, are you sure you can do this? If you're tired or anything, we can go right back home and I'll smooth things over with Mia." Roy says.
