The Big Finale
The city of Star City looked deserted. The citizens had either fled or had been turned into black lanterns. At the heart of the city was the entity known as Nekron. Nekron used the city as his base as his black lanterns ravaged the Earth.

The black lanterns increased their numbers each day and the power levels of the black lantern battery increased with each person that died.

Soon Nekron would have enough power to obliterate all life on this planet.

"I came with Red and most of the Outsiders. Whole city's in lockdown you know." The sword part and the stick part whirl in his hands to keep these things off of him. "'Certain Parties' think you're at my house." ... Gilbert Kinkaid Walker, did you just use the sing-song of a kid attempting to discreetly announce trouble while running your sword through a zombie's wrist and pinning her to a tree? Yes. You did. Goodness.

"Thanks," he says simply to Mr. Simple Natural Ingredients and My Wife and Children.

	She stepped in close to the flailing zombie and jammed one of her guns into its neck. When she finished the clip, the neck was gone. She turned to look at her friend with the still secret identity. Uunda arrives in short order, seeing the Yellow Lantern's (he was not going to be able to get used to working with these guys) efforts. He shows up just in time to watch Zoe blast the Black Lantern and adds his own emerald energy to make sure it /stays/ that way.

"Good shooting, Red. You're with me. Yellow, head to the beach. Something is happening out there with the water and we need to know what it is." he says.

Zoe nodded to GK. She was a little insulted on his behalf, both for the mistake in his gender and the slight at his abilities, but if he was fine staying behind she wouldn't worry. Much. "I'll find you."

"Let's go then, Green." She smiled then, eyes sparkling red with the power of the ring racing through her. "Plenty to do before somebody wants their jewelry back."

GK Prisoner-saluted in their general direction. "Be seeing you."

And back to whacking at zombies to hold them off as much as possible. Sure, it did about as much damage to them as a game of tag, but it inconvenienced them slightly, at least. Kept him alive, kept them from killing civilians somewhere else.

And then there was a particular, larger-than-usual vision of hotness.
