Max had arrived a little while earlier. He hadn’t seen what had happened but the building definitely seemed to have some structural damage based on his quick look around.
While he hadn’t fought any black lanterns yet he had seen enough sign to have figured out what was going on which is why he had made his way to the Outsiders base figuring they would probably be doing something about this.
“Hey Lian,” He said moving out of the shadows when he heard her.
