Something Wicked This Way Comes
Morgan le Fey was back one of those black rings had found enough of her remains after the Demon had killed her to bring her back. It sought to control her but a simple black trinket couldn’t control Morgan le Fey of the Elder Folk with the amount of magic she controlled. Still it was annoying and nagging and she didn’t mind taking a few hearts along the way so long as she could complete her goal.

Even with all her great power and the power of the ring now at her disposal she had been foiled enough not to underestimate those damnable heroes. She needed a distraction to draw their focus away from her and what she was up to.

Flying over the city of London she began to weave her spell speaking in tongues even older than the first settlement man had ever made there in London back before it was ever known as such. Soon a gateway appears on the ground below her glowing with dark magics. Pouring forth from the gate her army of darkness like she used on Camelot all those many years ago. Though this time they reeked with decay and death and bore the symbol of the Black Lanterns upon them though were not Black Lanterns themselves.

“Lay this city to waste,” She commands her army as she flies off to take care of her other business. That should prove to be more than enough of a distraction for anyone who might sense what she was up too.

Perseus Faust was startled by the dark sensation that rushed over him. His skin crawled and his hair stood on end. Something horrific was taking place. He closed the book in front of him and stepped into the shadows, disappearing into the darkness.

He emerged from a shadow in the city, where he spotted the army of death that was overwhelming civilians. He stepped back and almost literally ran from the scene through the shadows. But...something urged him to stay. His conscious perhaps? Or maybe a moment of courage that slipped it's way into him? Whatever the case, he decided to take up arms.

"St-stop!" He hands glowed purple with his own magical power, and blasts of magical energy lashed out at the soldiers of the dead.

	Sally had followed her creeped-out feelings, as well, and was whacking down corpses as they attacked people. ...She hoped she wouldn't have to apologize for how bad her effects might get later. There was a /lot/ of bad guys, enough to work up an appetite. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	More of this nonsense. It irritated Victoria, if only because she did not understand it all yet. As someone who prided herself on her knowledge of everything worth knowing, this was disconcerting. She brought up both hands, unleashing power-blasts on the creatures. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Zach was still a mess from the conflict in Nanda Parbat, so he welcomed the opportunity to lose himself against an enemy.

"Daednu eb denosirpmi ni eci!" The hellfire he'd conjured up last time was still taking its toll on him, so he opted for a different tactic. There was no telling how long these creatures could burn for, so he tried to contain them instead. Layers upon layers of frost covered the creatures, encasing them.

"Come on..." He snarls.

	Some of the army was smashed, blow up, set on fire, blasted, and frozen over but there was still a lot of them swarming the streets of London and more kept coming out of the gateway near the Millenium Ferris Wheel. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
