Space pirates attack! (Darkstars)
She had been with the Blood Wings for a little over a year. A fun crew to run with really. They fought and partied hard. They didn't care that by her terms she was still a kid. But she was starting to hate the Captain. They barely got enough food to eat. They hadn't seen decent pay in a few months and Sher was convinced that the Captain was now clinically insane.

Smuggling themselves onto a Cerberus ship to steal it? Just sounded like a very poorly thought out plan. She had tried to protest but had pretty much gotten cowed into it no matter how hard she tried to fight it. She had been pretty much forced to do it or get spaced. She didn't want to die like that so she was just going to have to hope she could ditch them and get the hell off that other ship.

It took them thirty six hours to go through with the plan. She was helped out by a krogan who had a soft spot for the angry young Thangarian. He slipped her the weapons she loved and they just looked at each other knowing it was show time.

The proximity alarms had gone off.

"Let's rock and roll," the yellow skinned Captain barked pulling out her combat shotgun.

	Katima was wrapped around with her Indigo shield and she immediately started countering the the gunfire sent at her. She turns and fires her own blast at the spider-climbing guy. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Alerron is hit by the bolt of plasma, which eats through his costume a little, but does no real damage to him. He dashes forward and punches at the plasma flyer, trying to take him out of the fight. "Katima! Take down that sniper!" Alerron yells. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The gun fire isn't bullets, to be clear. It is a kind of energy projectile. They energy bounces around fizzling away but they keep shooting. The spider-climbing man jumps away and shimmers from view. And the plasma throwing man just laughs. That punch didn't quite hurt. Alerron will feel metal give way under his fist slightly. 	Katima flies up and goes after the sniper, blasting away. "Working on it, Alerron!" Wherever the sniper was, she was going to find him. She turned her staff's glow in her search. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

When he feels the metal under the man's skin, Alerron smiles as well; he'd been holding back his strength so as not to harm the man too badly before they made him spill who sent him.

Now that Alerron realizes he's a cyborg, all bets are off.

The moment the punch connects, Alerron's eyes blaze with energy and he fires a starbolt directly into the plasma guy's face.

"Laugh that off."

	"Oh cra--" His audio filter crackles when Alerron hits him in the face. It's not fun for him. Katima will see someone carrying the sniper. Right before the sniper fires off another shot right at her. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Katima dodges, but isn't quite fast enough. The shot glances her left shoulder and Katima yelps, but isn't taken off her task. She fires at the person carrying the sniper, hoping to split them. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Alerron hears Katima cry out and realizes that they need to contain these people /now/. It's time to start taking these guys of the fight. He drives the Cyborg straight to the floor, then fires on the other six bad guys with starbolts to keep their heads down and them from shooting at Katima. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The cyborg crumples when he is thrown into the floor. He was going to be out cold for now. The person carrying the sniper is forced to land in the rafters. The apparatus they were using to fly had been damages and is smoking. Four of the gun men duck for cover. Two of them actually get hurt though and are left reeling in the open. 	With Alerron providing cover, Katima heads straight for the smoke being emitted from the apparatus. "You can surrender now or face a darker fate!" An Indigo light spreads out, enveloping the rafters as she starts her search. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Alerron takes the weapons from those who are on the ground and breaks them so that they cannot continue to fire. As long as they don't attempt further aggression, he leaves them on the floor.

He then speaks to the remaining pirates.

"Lay down your arms! Your captain has led you into a battle you cannot win! Stand down and you may yet receive clemency!" Alerron yells.

	At this point they realize they are all out gunned. The two Katmia had been after land and surrender. The others on the ground also surrender. They know when they have lost. (Reply to this)(Parent)
