So Rowan would... probably get along with her? Into arts they have a common ground, as well as being in the same grade. I see no problems between them at least? We can flesh that out at some point.

Vinnie thinks she is awesome for being her own person, and for being Sam's sister. I think there is a friendship here. She would get the flirting though. This is Vinnie, after all.
