Mackenzie had been wandering the campus all afternoon lost in thought, she only had a two more days until parent weekend and she still hadn’t figured out how to piss off her mother. She had already invited Hunter to come hang out with her, her mother and Craig over the weekend, feeling bad that the girl didn’t have family coming. That would only end up pissing her off in the end however, as her mother and Hunter would end up teaming up against her.
She sighed and headed for the direction of the campus coffee shop, she supposed it wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world to have a civil weekend between her and her mother. Maybe she could let bygones be bygones and just keep her head down the whole weekend. It would certainly make her life a little easier that was for sure. She entered the coffee shop, and glanced around to see who was hanging out. She saw a familiar brunette sitting lost in thought, her legs stretched into the walk way. Smirking, she made her way quietly over to the girl, a wonderful idea forming in her head as she did. Sneaking up behind Quinn, she leaned over so she was hovering over the brunette’s left shoulder.
“You know,” Mackenzie said huskily into the brunette’s ear. “You could trip a person with your legs out like that. Not that I mind the view at all though, you have really nice legs.”

Always such a business woman, Mackenzie mused, Quinn just got right down to the details. It was something she admired about the girl. She liked a woman who got shit done like that.
"Well, my mother truly believes that I want to be a debutante," She shuddered, closing her eyes slightly. "I honestly don't know what plant she came from but she's pink and frilly and girly to extremes."
She shook her head, thinking of how absolutely ridiculous Kate really was. "My mother is a delicate flower, so be as crude as you want. I know I always am!" She grinned happily, she loved it when she got under her mother's skin. "Not really much else I guess, she's just a really proper woman who is obsessed with status and appearance." She shrugged, "And hate's that I'm gay."

Noticing Quinn's look of disgust, Mackenzie laughed, she knew Quinn would appreciate the special dislike she had for her mother. "I knew you were the woman for the job babe," she said grinning, she wouldn't mind just having the brunette on her arm either. She was certainly the kind of eye candy that Mackenzie loved flaunting around.
"Well," she said, tapping her chin in thought. "I know we're supposed to go out to some stupid dinner thing on Saturday, so that'd be cool if it doesn't weird you out too much."
"Just be warned, Hunter is going with us," She added, rolling her eyes. "For whatever stupid reason, my mother absolutely adores her. I'm pretty sure she'd adopt her if she could. They are insufferable together."
