Quinn/Jenny
|
Jenny had spent most of her evening out toward the back of the house, speaking with Meka and generally just trying to avoid the crowd. It was hard to think with people doing body shots and throwing things at each other over her head. She had made another venture back inside, mostly going to do a quick once over to see if she could find Ella. She wanted to go home, and she kind of hoped her sister did too. Maybe Sera would still be awake when they got back. She had been trying to push through a group of boys, when out of nowhere, it seemed like Quinn was right up beside her, smiling that smile, and making Jenny smile a little goofily in return. "Oh hey!" she remarked quickly, reaching up to push some hair behind her ear. She fidgeted with her hat slightly, glancing over her shoulder. "What's up? You throw quite a party," she added, unsure what else to say. She had this big speech planned, but that didn't mean it was going to come out willingly. Or in front of everybody. "Do you wanna go somewhere less crowded?" Okay, she quickly told herself, that didn't sound as innocent as it did in her head. Goddamnit.

Tatum had been at the party for hours, against her own better judgment of the situation. After the debacle at Valentines dance, she had considered swearing off social interaction entirely. If you didn't go outside, people couldn't mock you or kiss your girlfriend. But her birthday was coming up, and she knew Frankie would never miss a party, and so here she was. She had been doing a pretty good job of getting destroyed and forgetting how bad she didn't want to be there. By the time she finished the first half of her schnapps, she was done caring. Her hat was backwards on her head, and she had a half-smoked but currently unlit joint hanging from her lips. Making her way through the crowd, she eventually found the smokers on the back porch area. Lighting up, she turned unceremoniously to the person unfortunate enough to be standing closest to her. "No one asked me to show them my tits tonight. Am I ugly or what?" she asked, taking a thoughtful drag. "Maybe it's the hat."

Tatum/Apple
|
Apple nodded. "Right? We should totally like... throw a big bash for your birthday," he giggled. "And you're right, you won't have to worry about a damn thing your dad says," he shrugged. "Though my mom would like... love if I just did yoga all day," he laughed. "The benefits of my mom owning a yoga studio," he sighed happily.
"Right? I think you're the coolest chick Tate," he said holding his flask up like a cheers and then took a long drink. "You don't have boy titties," he giggled. "I'm glad you're happy with you because you should be," he grinned over at her. "You are amazeballssssssss," he giggled.

"I have to go home with Sera on my birthday," Tatum sighed. "Well, part of my birthday. We're just going to Floo home for dinner and stuff, I guess.. but after that, I want to have an actual birthday. We should all get together and smoke a huge fucking bat, man! I'll take one of my brother's pipes too, he's got the coolest shit.. I don't know how he even keeps it all hidden from dad all year long. It's like magic, and yet he's the squib," she joked, laughing a little.
She lifted her schnapps when he lifted his flask, taking another long chug before letting out a small burp. Her stomach was starting to feel a little queasy but to hell with that. "I guess I'm pretty cool," she agreed jokingly, grinning as she fished round in her pocket for a minute before pulling out her cigarette case. Inside, she pulled out another joint and lifted it to her lips, lighting up quickly. "Cool as fuck."
