"Oh really?" Sera giggled, "You'll squeeze me in for one song?" She teased, before turning seriously to Jenny. "We really don't have to slow dance though." She continued to look at Jenny. "I don't want people talking about you Jen. People are assholes."

"I know," Jenny replied, looking back at Sera and trying to keep a serious face, but having to smile a little. It was a weak smile, a little forced. "I'm okay though. I want to, what are people going to say? We've danced with each other before, with other girls.."

She paused for a moment, glancing around them to make sure the coast was still clear. She leaned over to lightly kiss the brunette's cheek. "Is it weird that I don't want you to dance with the other girls now though?"

"I guess." Sera smiled. "Dancing with you has definitely gotten harder though. It's hard to be so close and not touch you." Sera spoke softly and leaned in to receive the kiss on her cheek. Jenny was really sweet.

"No not all all." Sera blushed, a little flattered. Her stomach did a little jump and she had to regain composure. "What about the boys?" She teased.

"Pervert," Jenny shot back, almost automatically now. She wouldn't have to say it all the time if Sera didn't imply it all the time. They were pretty far from the doors now, and the other students smoking seemed pretty far away too. Stopping, the blonde pulled Sera closer, grabbing her by both hands.

She held the other girl's hands between them, facing her with a serious look. "Especially the boys," she assured her, grinning sheepishly. "They're too charming, I can't compete."

Sera scrunched her nose at Jenny, "I am not." She shot back playfully, poking Jenny in the side gently with her finger. "You know you were thinking the same thing." Sera laughed, leaning her head a little closer to Jenny's ear then necessary. "I could tell when we were dancing earlier." She whispered.

"No way." Sera shot her a reassuring smile. "Charming? at this school?" Sera was trying not to laugh. "There's plenty of cute ones, but they're mostly a bunch of idiots." Sera said looking around but not really seeing anyone in sight. "I like em' smart and Charming, same as girls."

She looked forward at the path, they were taking small steps and it barely felt like that were moving at all. "You don't have to." Sera finally added tilting her head away slightly, "no one comes close." She squeezed Jenny's arm gently with her own.

Jenny listened to what Sera told her, grinning more and more as she went on. "You think you're pretty sly right now, huh?" she murmured, glancing toward the brunette. "I always tell you, flattery gets you everywhere," she joked, pulling Sera closer, pressing their forehead together gently.

"I know what you mean though. No one comes even close for me either."

Sera just stood there with her head pressed against Jenny's forehead. She wanted to kiss her so bad, it was hard not to. "You look really beautiful tonight Jen, really." She told her softly, their lips were almost touching. She really had to fight it.

Sera beamed at Jenny. She never thought her best friend would be saying something like that. It was nice to hear though, she felt the same way. Her eyes not leaving Jenny's she shortened the distance between them and kissed her.

"Sorry." She giggled, moving back from Jenny a few inches. She started to look around.

Jenny laughed a little after they broke off the kiss, watching the way Sera whipped her head around as if she expected people to jump out or something. Jenny was nervous too, but it was clear no one was paying any attention to them at all.

"No one's watching," the blonde giggled, reaching up to gently pull on the other girl's necklace. "You're so stressed," she murmured, only slightly mocking as she grinned at her.

"Sorry." Sera giggled, realizing she was just being paranoid. There was no one around, she could barely even hear the other students gathered outside the dance or smoking a long the edge of the woods. "I know, I'm just being weird." She laughed again, she was stressing herself out.

She took a deep breath, and reached down bravely for Jenny's hand. She linked her fingers between the blonds and looked over at her. "Lets walk just a bit further and then head back." Sera leaned in again and kissed her cheek. She was going to make the best of the little time they had alone together.

"I'm glad you're weird. It's kind of sweet," Jenny assured her, smiling over at the other girl as they continued walking. She had grabbed a firm grip onto Sera's hand, and she squeezed it gently as she spoke. "You're just looking out for me," she whispered.

When they had walked further down, even more out of sight, Jenny stopped them and pulled Sera closer to her, their lips barely apart again. "Too far? Should we go back?" she offered. "Or maybe stay out for a bit longer?"

She closed the distance between them, her lips pressing firmly up to Sera's, squeezing her hands again.

When Jenny turned and pulled her close again, the dance wasn't exactly the first thing on Sera's mind. She didn't answer right away, letting Jenny kiss her she kissed her back, giving the blond's hand another gentle but comforting squeeze.

She pulled away from the kiss just long enough to speak. "I guess it couldn't hurt to stay out here a bit longer." She replied with a grin. Letting her eyes close, she leaned her head forward until once again her lips met Jenny's.

"I had a feeling you'd say something like that," Jenny chided her, grinning some as she leaned in to meet the kiss, lips pressing clumsily up to Sera's. She was fighting the urge to look over their shoulders, make sure they were alone, even though she knew that they were.

"I miss being with you like this," she muttered, leaning up a bit to kiss Sera's forehead. "I wish we were in the same house. You have to come to Beauregard though, not the other way around!"

"I miss being with you like this too." Sera replied, letting her head lean into Jenny's forehead. She reached around Jenny's waist with both hands, linking them, she let them rest firmly on Jenny's hips. She liked the way Jenny felt in her arms. "I wish we didn't have to hide." Sera added, pouting a little, she understood though. "I mean I don't really care as long as I'm with you but It'd making spending time together a whole lot easier." She laughed a little, tilting her head up slightly she kissed the tip of Jenny's nose.

"What's wrong with Sonnier?" Sera teased, moving her head back slightly, but leaving her arms around Jenny. "You think you're too good for us or something?" She added with a giggle, sticking her tongue out slightly and shaking her head at the blond.

"Damn right I'm too good for Sonnier," Jenny teased back, leaning forward some to give the brunette a light kiss. "Beauregard all the way. We're way less nerdy, for one.. and that's just one bonus of many," she joked. "We've also got the best cheerleading team in the whole school, and like.. well, I think that says enough."

She pulled back from Sera, but stayed loosely in her arms, grinning broadly at the younger girl. "You can consider that a challenge, for next year? I bet if you join Sonnier's team finally, you could give us quite a run for our money.. maybe not beat us, though."

"We're smart for your information." Sera smirked back, kissing Jenny lightly on the nose then pulling back slightly. "Besides nerds are sexy." Grinning big, almost giggling she continued, "You know you love it, don't even try to act like you don't".

"I guess your cheerleading team is pretty impressive." Sera agreed, leaning in slightly towards her girlfriend but holding back just a little, teasing Jenny's lips with her own. She didn't usually go to Quodpot games but had made it a point to check out a few of Beauregard's games. Quodpot sucked,but watching Jenny cheer was mostly worth suffering through the rest. "It helps that you have the hottest cheerleader in school." Sera grinned, she knew it was corny.

"A challenge? Alright?" Sera hated to back down from a challenge. "You just wait, Meka and I are going to turn Sonnier's squad around, Beauregard won't know what hit them." She giggled a little, she was mostly all talk. "If I ever actually join that is."

"Yeah, maybe if you ever actually join, you can help them ever actually win a game," Jenny teased, laughing a little as she reached out to grab Sera's sides playfully. "I won't hold my breath on either of those though."

Stepping back some from the other girl, Jenny began to walk a little further, motioning for Sera to follow after her. She didn't feel like going inside at all now; it was too nice to have privacy and be able to act however they wanted.

"Nerds are pretty sexy, I guess you're right. You ever mess around outside, nerd?"

"They win games sometimes now don't they?" Sera smirked, she didn't really follow quodpot results too much, she really only knew what Jenny told her. "And I am going to join though seriously I've decided, I just think I'm going to take the summer to practice yeah know.. I wanna be good, not just show up all half-assed and unprepared."

Sera laughed turning to catch up with Jenny. She was having way too much fun, maybe it'd be okay to head back to the dance just a little bit later. "I'm always right." Sera smirked playfully, sticking her tongue out a little at the blond. Finally cluing into what Jenny actually just asked her, she giggled a little. "Not really, maybe a little." Sera grinned over at Jenny. "Why do you wanna know?"

"Just curious," Jenny replied casually, smirking some at Sera as they walked. They were getting further and further out of sight of the smoking students, and that was fine with Jenny. Just so long as nothing scary came jumping out at them. She could do without monsters or floating cloaks of any sort.
