"I'm glad you're weird. It's kind of sweet," Jenny assured her, smiling over at the other girl as they continued walking. She had grabbed a firm grip onto Sera's hand, and she squeezed it gently as she spoke. "You're just looking out for me," she whispered.
When they had walked further down, even more out of sight, Jenny stopped them and pulled Sera closer to her, their lips barely apart again. "Too far? Should we go back?" she offered. "Or maybe stay out for a bit longer?"
She closed the distance between them, her lips pressing firmly up to Sera's, squeezing her hands again.
