Characters: Anyone and Everyone. This party is not low key and it's probably been topic of conversation. Charlie's parties are annual and pretty ridiculous.
Setting: Friday, 3rd Sept. The woods, near enough to the school to be easily accessable but far enougha way not to get busted.

Summary: It's Charlie's birthday! He's throwing a party complete with everything a young delinquent would need. He doesn't care who comes as long as you have fun.


Charlie had skipped dinner to get everything set up for the party. Every year he held the party, a joint birthday and welcome back celebration, and every year he liked to choose somewhere a little different, just to keep any snooping teachers on their toes. The clearing in the wood he'd settled for was large, with trees surrounding it. It had to be reached on foot, it was safer that way.

Charlie didn't do things by halves when it came to having a good time, there was a keg with cheap beer, a very special, yes dubious bottle of 'cannabis vodka' and Charlie's pride and joy, an armful of fireworks he had lovingly procured from a buddy back in San Fran. It was perfect. Sitting on a log, Charlie took out a cigarette and lit it as he surveyed his handy work proudly. Kids would probably be arriving soon. Charlie messed with his hair one last time and waited for the party to start.
