Vinnie/Quinn

Quinn was almost surprised when she lifted herself onto her hands to find herself looking down at Vinnie Ciccarelli. She had to admit that there were worse people that she could have fallen on top of. At least this Beauregard wasn't all sunshine and bubbles.

"Ha ha, Ciccarelli," Came her frowned response, her mild southern accent clashing with Vinnie's rather noteworthy accent.

She carefully set her knees on the ground so that she could move to a kneeling position before gently moving back away from him to sit back on her rear. It was much better to get up in skates from her butt than her knees. Nevermind she showed a great deal of fishnet covered leg in the move. "I'm fine. A derby girl that can't take a hit is a poor one." Not that she was a real one. But that didn't much matter.

Vinnie/Quinn

Sitting up carefully, Vinnie kept the easy smile on his face. He didn't much talk to Quinn, and they weren't exactly friends, but he had to admire her style and how true she stayed to herself. This was a girl who didn't care what other people thought and did what would make her happy, and those were qualities that Vinnie admired.

He looked over at her, taking an appreciative look in his peripheral vision at the great pair of legs Quinn had. "Dat's the truth. So you actually play? Or is dis all for show? If it is, you really put on a good show. You look fantastic."

Vinnie/Quinn

"Thank you," Quinn gave a smug little smile before she started the process of getting herself onto her feet. It wasn't like her to decline a genuine compliment regardless of who it came from. It simply wasn't possible.

Slowly and carefully she moved to kneel before standing, and putting one foot on the toe brake so she didn't go rolling off when she didn't want to. Plus, it kept her from falling back onto her ass.

"I don't actually play, no. But I should," she set her hands on her hips as she looked down at Vinnie. The more she thought about it, the more tempted she was. The idea of getting to see some more scantily clad women skating around, knocking into each other sounded like fun.
