Hearing the impending toddler attack before she had even taken off her headphones, Rowan carefully moved all of the rip-able and breakable things out of reach and into her bag. Better safe than replacing school textbooks and notes.

"Rawr rawr rawr yourself there, kiddo! C'mon over here! Auntie Rowan wants a kiss."

Moving from sitting to standing, Rowan opened her arms to take the boy from Michi if she could. She loved kids, and Izzy was just so cute that she just wanted to kiss his little face into oblivion.

"Hey Michi! Playing mommy today?"

Izzy toddled even faster at the open invitation and giggled brightly as he almost tripped into Rowan's arms. "Rawr rawr!" he said clapping his hands together.

"Oh it's forever mommy," she laughed adjusting the strap of her bag. "Anna and Elizabeth couldn't find a sitter tonight and it's their anniversary. Mr. Man, as cute as he is, is making it hard to study so we were just taking a break. We'll both be glad for summer," she grinned.
