"A coyote could eat a honey badger and a cape fox but she never would," Michi smirked. "Coyot's are just big softies at their core, you know that," she snuggled closer into Hunter's side.
"I do remember," Michi laughed. "You fuckin' sniped her! I thought she was gonna beat your ways four ways from Sunday!" "Maybe I caught the flu. Fuckin' Pas is always snifflin' like a little bitch," she sneered. Not meaning to sound so mean, her cheeks began to flush. "I aint leavin' you like that so don't worry. It'll take more than some fuckin' rainbow puke to take me down. Stubborn as an ox."
"Well," Hunter began slowly, snuggling back up to her and kissing the top of her head. "Coyote mighta ate that cape fox later, but not in a bad way!" she suggested, eyebrows waggling. "And only if there was less.. y'know, vommin' and stuff," she joked, laughing heartily her own double entendre. She sure was witty when she drank.
"She woulda had to catch me firs' and it took her long enough to haul her sorry ass up off that field," the blonde grinned manically, enjoying the memory. She and Mack had been doing damage to each other for years, and it was almost like a game or competition to them. Albeit a rather dangerous and painful one. They were sort of like the long lost sisters of Jackass most days. She smiled as they were getting closer to campus now, making their way steadily past the Quidditch pitch and Quodpot field on their way. She rubbed Michi's back again, mostly something to do with her hand, as she nudged the younger girl with the side of her head. "If I catch this shit, y'all better hold my hair," she murmured, pouting playfully. "An' I want that elastic back too, ya greedy bitch," she joked.
Michi giggled. "That would certainly be welcome when we're like... not a hot mess," she grinned, trying her best to wink.
She snorted and shook her head. "Yeah, that's true. And by the time she did catch up you woulda found a damn hiding space like the ninja you are," she teased. "It woulda taken another three years to find ya." "I will, I will. And hey, if you do get sick we can have a snuggle in bed, movie watching day," she smiled. "That was always my favorite way to play hookie," she admitted. "This hair band?" she said trying to point to the one in her hair. "Nah, you're gonna have to wrestle me for it," she teased, a silly smile pulling at her lips.
"Plus she's real shit at playin' hide an' go seek.. if she never had Kia with her, she never woulda found me even one damn time in her whole life! That bitch ain't go no game!" Hunter added, laughing lightly at the thought. It had been a long time since she had hid somewhere and really did Mack in. That would be her plan for the next party, she decided, laughing harder and storing it away mentally with her other schemes.
Hunter's eyes lit up at the prospect of a day of playing hookie, and she quickly nodded her head up and down with furious agreement. "For sure! Even if I don't catch it or nothin'.. shit, I'll still stay home with ya," she informed her proudly. Hunter was never opposed to missing a class, even if auror training was providing her with subjects that better held her interest than her core classes from high school. School work was still school work. "Can we watch Remember the Titans? Oh shit, how about Friday Night Lights?" she suggested. If it was a football movie, Hunter pretty much owned it.
"She told me that earlier, but more or less that you were a damn menace to society when you played hide and seek," Michi giggled.
"Yay," she cheered weakly. "We can have chicken noodle soup and fuck it, we can watch both," she grinned contentedly. "Watching inspirational football movies sure as fuck cheers me up," she grinned. "We can have tea too. I fucking love tea. Mom sent some white jasmine. Bitch must want somethin' cause she knows I fuckin' love white jasmine," she mumbled.
"She's a damn menace to society period," Hunter giggled back. When Michi agreed to both movies and chicken noodle, which was her absolute favorite other than beef stew, the blonde practically burst with drunken joy. "Hell to the fuckin' yeah!" she chimed in, quickly showering the side of the younger girl's face with quick kisses.
"Best girlfriend ever," she reminded her happily. "But I dunno about that tea business.. don't you got no sweet tea or nothin' like that? I only like sweet tea," she pouted. She tried not to generally tense up at the mention of Michi's mom. She had never liked the woman, and as far as she knew, the feeling was mutual.
Michi couldn't help but giggle at the slew of kisses. "We aint never gonna leave bed," she declared loudly, wobbling a little as she did so.
"I'll make sweet tea special for you. It'll be Hunter tea and no one else can have it. Motherfuckers will have to fight me fer it," she grumbled. "I'll kicked their asses."
"Sounds like a plan!" she agreed enthusiastically, instinctively tightening her grip a little on the younger girl as she wobbled. Hunter wobbled a bit with her, shaking with giggles, but at least if she fell over she'd be okay. She really didn't want Michi to lose her footing right now.
"Special jus' for me?" she asked, raising her eyebrows and giving a low whistle and a grin. "Yer some sweet."
Michi let herself lean into Hunter more heavily and rested her head against the older girl's shoulder.
"All for Hunter," she giggled. "I try," she nodded when the other girl told her she was sweet. She brought one of her hands up, threading her fingers into Hunter's hair. "It's my natural disposition I suppose," she grinned.
"I suppose so," Hunter grinned back, turning her head a bit to kiss the fingers moving through her hair. "I like my tea sweet an' my girls sweeter," she giggled.
"Then you just hit the jackpot because I downed twenty four packets of skittles. That has to make me pretty sweet," she giggled drunkenly.
"Yeah but you probably only got about twelve packs left in yer gut by now," Hunter giggled back. They were almost home now, and the blonde was pretty glad. She was also glad that Michi seemed to be able to talk to her for more than a few words now without needing to hunch over and lose more skittles.
