"Thicker than lead" Eden agreed, though she didn't really mean it. Dani was probably her favourite on the team and off of it, even if she could be more of a dude than Eden herself.
"Pretty fuckin' good" she replied, holding her arm out to Dani to feel whilst she flexed. "Feel. I'd say that's just about as pure a muscle as you can get, right? We're totally going to win the cup this year."
Dani laughed loudly at that. "Damn right," she nodded proudly, giving herself a little knock in the head.
Dani felt Eden's flexed arm and her eyes got wider, she let out a low whistle. "Damn lil' mama! You been liftin' something fierce this summer! You're gonna knock those bastards off their brooms like a cannon," she grinned. "Nothin' is gonna get in the way of that cup this year."
Eden nodded enthusiastically and chucked her empty can into a group of students before searching the forest floor for the rest of her stash.
"I fuckin' swear to you. If we win it this year I will never be a bitch again my whole damn life." Finally locating another beer she straightened up and pulled the tab, sending foam spraying over the other girl. Eddie was pretty wasted already and hardly noticed.
Dani snorted as the foam hit her. She did her best to wipe it away. "I fuckin doubt that," Dani teased as she siphoned the rest of the beer away with her wand. "I will throw a rager though," she grinned. "See if my brother won't get us a keg," she rubbed her hands together as she thought of it.
Eden came over all wistful at the hint of a keg and sighed longingly.
"I'd take the whole fuckin' team out for pizza. We'd have to bail on the bill but that's the fun part." Finally realising her hand was suddenly soaking wet, Eddie cursed and sucked the wasted beer from the top of the can and her hand. "Where's the beer bong when you need it, huh?"
She snorted and leaned back. "Well shit, I haven't had a dine and dash in ages. I could go for that," she said smacking her own leg.
"Right? I figure we should just strap one to yer head, keep it there for safety precautions," she teased. She took another long drank from her beer and patted her belly. "I think it's gonna be one of those years," she smirked.
"Sure as all hell it is" Eddie agreed, draining another can and tossing it aside.
"So how 'bout that wrestle, huh? I'm feelin' feisty." She wiggled her fingers near Dani's face with a crooked grin.
Dani finished off her forty and tossed it in the same manner than Eddie had been tossing hers. "Feisty, just how I like it," Dani laughed wildly. "Come on, let's find the dang beer pong table," she lead the way through the crowd and finding the beer pong table occupied she swiped it clear of its cups to the protest of the other kids.
"Hey! This is serious fuckin' business now go fuck off," she looked at Eddie and smirked. "You ready for this?" she asked squaring up and putting her elbow down on the plywood.
Eddie ran round the other side of the table as the occupiers vacated. "Ya'll can kiss my ass if you think beer pong is better than wrestlin'!" she yelled as she hitched up her jeans and tossed her hoody off somewhere into the distance.
Resting her own elbow next to Dani's she licked her lips excitedly. "I'm ready, baby!" Grasping the other girl's hand she laughed excitedly and gave it a warning squeeze.
"That's right douchebags! Shenandoah quodpot will best every last one of ya!" she added enthusiastically before gripping Eddie's hand.
"On the count of three. One... two... three!" and she flexed, not giving a centimeter.
The table was slippery with spilt drinks and Eden felt her elbow slip, but she recovered and pushed on the other girl with a grunt. They were mostly evenly matched in strength and Eddie was really relying on Dani being a lot drunker than her.
"Damn baby, you got real good" she panted.
Dani had felt the other girl slip but regain and had to admit how impressed she was. "I been practicin' this summer all for you girlie," she smirked.
Eddie might have looked small but she was a tough little cookie, most anyone would have had a hell of a time putting her arm down. Her arm slipped, be it drunkenness or the slippery table but she didn't quite recover, giving Eddie quite an advantage, she fought til the last millisecond though. She wasn't going to go down easily.
Eddie whooped as by sheer luck she gained the advantage. All it would take was a final push. "Loser buys me waffles in the mornin'!" she yelled before Dani's arm touched the table and Eden collapsed laughing.
Dani laughed brightly as her arm smacked into the table and Eden collapsed. She hopped up on the table, swinging her legs over the other side and looked down at the other girl. "As long as they're the good kind, a fat stack 'a I-HOP er Wafflehouse," she grinned. "I'd make 'em myself but fuck if I can cook," she laughed.
"With strawberries'n cream" Eden added, grabbing her belly and moaning. "Bitch, now I'm hungry already!"
"Oh fuck yeah," she agreed leaning back on her palms. "Well shit Eddie, let's go rough up some fuckin' freshers and see if we can steal some chips er somethin' off 'em," she said brightly hopping off the table.
"Chips and their goddamn beer, baby" Eden laughed, flicking one freshman in the year as she began to walk through the woods. "Ya' wanna dance or somethin'? It's a party after all."
Dani laughed as the freshmen flinched away from them. At Eddie's question she felt herself sort of freeze for just a moment. "Dance," she said quietly almost as if it were a question but not quite. No one had ever asked her to dance at a party before. She shrugged her shoulders. "Why the hell not?" she grinned at the younger girl.
"Can't be any worse than me" Eddie assured her, dragging her over to the DJ table. "Or that fat fuck" she added, jerking her head towards a tubby senior flailing wildly in the middle of some dancers.
