"Does everything, huh?" Mack asked, waggling her eye brows at the redhead. She cracked a grin to show that she was mostly just kidding around and not actually being a creep. It was hard to tell with Tatum though, but that comment would probably only merit a dirty look. "Gross dude, I hate coconut," Mack continued, wrinkling up her nose as she watched Tatum blow the smoke towards the sky. Mackenzie found herself entranced by how beautiful the girl was. Maybe it was just the weed talking, or perhaps he hadn't quite seen it before, but Mack couldn't take her eyes off of her.
She definitely blushed as Tatum turned to her with a small frown, and she was caught in the act of staring. Taking the offered joint, she looked away quickly and looked the other way. She was starting to lose control of her ability to censor what she said, and after taking a few hits of the joint in silence, she turned back to the redhead.
"Can I, like, ask you something else?" She began, handing the joint back to the redhead. She thought for a moment, biting her lip in worry. It wasn't an offensive question, but coming from her it would probably piss the redhead off. "Please don't get mad or like, pissed off. I'm not trying to be an asshole or creep or anything. I'm just genuinely curious," She rambled off quickly, trying to stop the word vomit that was spilling out of her mouth.
Taking a deep breath, she looked up at Tatum seriously. "Uh...like...you're straight and stuff, but have you ever even tried kissing a girl?" The question hung in the air, and Mackenzie shot a nervous smile in Tatum's direction. She almost wished she could take it back now, because Tatum exploding at her was almost imminent. Sera would probably hit her when she found out, and Hunter would just laugh at Mackenzie's utter failure. Mack held on the a shred of hope that perhaps they could just have a normal conversation about it without things getting awkward.
